Belthangady: In a ghastly accident, two youth were killed in a road mishap after a KSRTC bus plying towards Bengaluru rammed into their car at Parpikallu, Koukradi Village in Kokkada here on Sunday, August 5.
The deceased are identified as Dinesh P (32) and Sandesh (27), both residents of Mulikaru in Dharmasthala.
It is gathered that the accident took place when Dinesh and Sandesh both were plying from Kokkada towards Dharmasthala. Though the locals rushed them to a hospital in Nelyadi, the duo succumbed to injuries.
The car is completely damaged in the accident. The Uppinangady Police have registered a complaint.
