Mangaluru: A student allegedly resorted to suicide by hanging himself on the evening of Thursday June 16 under Ullal Police Station limits of Dakshina Kannada District.
The deceased student has been identified as Harshadeep (20). He was studying in a private educational Institution in here, and had just returned to house in Bagambila on Thursday. Only mother and son were staying in the house.
Police said that Harshadeep, a student who came to know about his mother’s debts was dejected and thus resorted to suicide. A case has been registered at Ullal Police Station in this regard.
