Ullal journalists conduct ‘Save Suvarna Tribhuja’ campaign for missing fishermen

Ullal: In order to exert pressure on the administration to find the seven fishermen who went missing during deep sea fishing on December 16, 2018, a group of journalists from Ullal conducted a campaign under the title “Save Suvarna Tribhuja”here on Thursday, February 14.

This campaign was organized in order to remind the state and central governments that it was already 64 days since they went missing.

The journalists dug a pit in which two journalists were buried till their faces in the sand and carved a fish-like shape on the sand.

Journalists Sathish Pundikai from Vijaya Karnataka, Arif Kalkatta from V4 News 24X7 and Prajavani, Mohan Kuttar from Daijiworld, Ashwin Kuttar from Spandana, Tejesh Shetty from Abbakka Channel and Shivashankar from Posa Kural participated in the campaign.
