Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, a youth who was fiddling with his mobile phone while walking past the busy Hampankatta road was knocked down by a speeding bus here on Wednesday, March 15.
The identity of the youth is yet to be ascertained. He has reportedly suffered serious injuries. The incident was recorded in a nearby CCTV camera
There is always a swift competition among buses to grab the passengers even on narrow roads which is turning dangerous for the pedestrians.
North Traffic police are yet to confirm the case.
