Udupi: The district sessions court here on Wednesday, Dec 28 rejected the bail plea of Rajeshwari Shetty, main accused in the murder case of her husband Bhaskar Shetty.
The bail application was submitted on behalf of accused Rajeshwari Shetty, by her advocate Arun Kumar and the government special prosecutor Shantharam Shetty argued on the said bail application.
After the hearing, the district sessions court Judge T. Venkatesh Naik rejected the bail application. Rajeshwari is now expected to approach the high court.
