Karkala: Electricity Contractors’ Association in Karkala has brought light into the lives of 10 families in the region literally!
Under an initiative named ‘from darkness to light’, led by Association State President Richard Miranda, the Association has become a model for all other associations to follow.
The Association members went to the houses of 10 beneficiaries and provided electricity connections to them. They also gifted the beneficiaries with electrical appliances worth Rs one lakh.
Association District President Nagaraj Rao, Joint Secretary Ramananda Poojary among other office-bearers were present.
