Give back good to society for good: JC Rakesh Kunjoor

Udupi : “If one has to grow in Jaycees, they should be active in Jaycee movement. We should first know ourselves and indulge in the movement. We expect a lot from Jaycees but we should ask ourselves what we give to it. We are able to gain huge experience from Jaycees. It is not sufficient if we merely indulge in the movement. We should give something to the society,” said journalist and JCI Zone 15 President Jaycee P P P Rakesh Kunjur on his visit to Udyavar Kuthpady unit.

 

Speaking on the occasion after receiving the felicitation, he said, “There is an atmosphere of unrest in the present society. Jaycee should propose peace setting aside such an atmosphere,”

 

Earlier he was welcomed at Balayipaade by JCI Kuthpady. In this visit, he inaugurated permanent projects of Jaycee Kuthpady and presented a name board to St. Francis Xavier Kannada Medium Board High School. Necessary items useful for students, welcome board at Guddangadi and a board for blood donation awareness as well as the details of the people to be contacted during the blood donation were presented.

 

Vice President, Zone 15, Jaycee Pushpathi Sharma and Personal Secretary Zonal President Jaycee Srinivas Aithal spoke on the occasion.

 

Meanwhile, talented students were awarded scholarships. JCI Udyavara Kuthpady unit President Steven Colaco Udyavar presided over the programme.
