Udupi: Bicycles stolen from Police quarters

Udupi: In a shocking incident, bicycles were stolen from the residence of Police Officers in Udupi.

Rafeeq M., Inspector of Udupi Lokayukta Police Station, was staying with his family in the Police Officers’ quarters next to Udupi City Police Station. His car, scooty and two bicycles were parked in a shed next to the quarters.

Between February 13 and February 14, few thieves broke the lock of the two bicycles worth Rs. 16,100.

A case has been registered at Udupi City Police Station as they have not traced the bicycles even after two days.
