Udupi: A man died and another person was injured when the bike they were riding hit a crane near Balkoo.
The deceased has been identified as Prashan Mogaveera, son of Hunasemakki resident Somu Moghaveera. The injured is Dinesh Poojary.
According to sources, Dinesh, who was riding a bike, collided with an unregistered crane that was going from Kundapur to Siddapura. Due to the accident’s effects, Dinesh was severely injured and is still receiving treatment while Prahandh died from excessive blood loss.
The local police have registered a case.
