Udupi: The incident took place on May 12. A coconut tree fell on the house of Sumathi Tingalaya near Sri Rama Bhajana Mandira in Kopla, Udyavar, due to heavy rains and strong winds.
The roof of the house was damaged in the incident. The bike parked in the courtyard and the electricity connection is affected. In some areas, heavy rains were accompanied by winds.
