Udupi: Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao M. has urged the people of the District to follow the precautionary measures required to control Covid – 19 and get the booster dose without fail.
He was speaking after chairing a meeting of the District Covid Precautionary and Technical Advisory Committee held at the Deputy Commissioner’s office Auditorium in Rajathadri in the City on Wednesday December 28. “Covid cases are very high in neighbouring countries and likely to spread to India as well. Therefore, the necessary precautionary measures prescribed by the Government such as maintaining social distancing, giving priority to cleanliness, and wearing masks should be followed,” he informed.
“Those who have received the second dose of Covid vaccine should get a booster dose,” he added.
