Udupi: An incident took place in Tallur recently where local people rescued a deaf and dumb youth, who was in a helpless state for a week after losing his mental stability.
A local autorickshaw driver noticed a young man who was roaming in the surroundings of Tallur for a few days. When he was questioned, he was found to be dumb and deaf.
Due to this, they could not know his name, town and address. Also, he lost his mental stability and was behaving in a strange way. Locals sheltered this helpless young man.
Later, the social worker of Udupi gave information about this to Ramanji. Ramanji arrived at the place and helped the young man get shelter in Hosabelaku Ashram in Karkala Palli.
