Udupi: Nine students from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College and Poorna Prajna College apart from five others will be part of the Kangilu dance team, who would participate in the Republic Day cultural programmes to be held on Wednesday January 26 in New Delhi.
The troupe is named Udupi Feets, and led by Kiran Padubidri. The selection was held on December 18 at New Delhi.
The first round was held in Bengaluru on December 11. The team is being trained by Gurucharan Polipu.
