As per the latest forecast, squally winds are expected to affect numerous places in Udupi. Considering the weather conditions, authorities have imposed a ban on venturing into water bodies and urged residents to prioritize safety.
Udupi’s Deputy Commissioner has emphasized the importance of taking precautions and staying away from risky areas. Residents are reminded to stay vigilant and avoid seeking shelter under unsafe buildings, trees, or pillars during the period, as the winds are anticipated to be strong.
