Mangaluru: Ullal police have arrested seven people for preparing fake RT-PCR certificates and using them to enter Karnataka State from Kerala on Friday August 27.
MBA student Abdul Thameem from Alampady in Kasaragod district, Hasim and Adil Kasargod, residents of Chervathur, Ismail of Kadappura and Kabir from Chervathur, who has been accused of preparing fake RT- PCR certificates were arrested from Talapady border.
Two young girls and an MBA student have been booked, and the police have registered a case. They have been sent to their homes after interrogation.
The police have also seized Innova and Etios car and 2 bikes used to travel from Kasargod to Mangaluru.
