Former Kannada Bigg Boss contestant Drone Prathap has found himself at the center of a legal controversy after detonating a sodium explosion in the water supply of a farm in Karnataka. The incident occurred at an agricultural farm called Honda, raising serious concerns about environmental and public safety.

Prathap, the runner-up of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10, sparked outrage when he filmed and shared a video of the explosion on social media. According to reports, Prathap added sodium metal to the water, which resulted in a loud bang that caught the attention of locals. He claimed it was part of a “science experiment,” but his actions soon attracted widespread criticism.

Concerns flooded social media from both locals and netizens, who highlighted the dangers sodium poses to wildlife. Sodium contamination in the water could be lethal to animals and birds that consume it. This prompted calls for legal action against Prathap, and following public outcry, the Midigeshi Police in Tumakuru district arrested him.

Prathap has been booked under several charges, including violations of the Explosives Control Act. His controversial experiment has drawn attention to the risks associated with irresponsible behavior and has raised questions about the environmental safety measures in place for such activities.
