Bengaluru: Chief Minsiter Basavaraj Bommai’s meeting with District Administrations of the State on Friday November 19 at 1.00 pm has been postponed in the wake of election code of conduct in place in the State.

The meeting has been postponed as the Election Commission has refused to give permission to hold meeting with State Disaster Management Authority. Subsequent to cancellation, State Disaster Management Authority has sent a letter seeking permission.

It is said that the meeting will be held as soon as the Election Commission provides due permission. It can be recalled here that the MLC elections to 25 seats are to be held on December 10 across the State.
