In a notable first for the Hubballi-Dharwad region, Police Commissioner N. Shashi Kumar led a city-wide patrol on mopeds and motorcycles Saturday evening, aiming to deter anti-social elements. This “area domination” patrol was organized to boost police presence and reinforce public safety.
Commissioner Shashi Kumar was joined by DCPs Mahaning Nandagavi (Law and Order) and Ravish C.R. (Crime and Traffic), along with Assistant Commissioners and Inspectors. The team patrolled key areas in Hubballi South, engaging individuals with suspicious behavior to prevent potential criminal activities.
