Hubballi: Union Min Gadkari inaugurates Rs 13000 Cr project

Hubballi: There is no financial constraint when it comes to development works as far as our Government is concerned. I also promise to grant money to Mallikarjuna Kharge’s Constituency. I will myself grant Rs. 5000 Crore for his constituency and I will to come to Kalaburagi to inaugurate the project, said Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

He was speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony for National Projects worth Rs 13000 Crore at a programme here on Monday February 28.

Speaking on the occation Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said, Nitin Gadkari is bringing in action the ideas of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Everything is going on under his care. Gadkari road scientific developments have reduced accidents and deaths on roads. CM also thanked Union Minister for inaugurating many projects. He also appealed for the DPR of various Districts of State and complete Irkal road works from Kaiga as fast as possible.

Praising Pralhad Joshi Union Minister Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that, this road-widening project had many technical problems. We have granted permission on Pralhad Joshi’s request. The credit for Hubballi flyover works should be given to Prahlad Joshi, he said. On the occasion, Gadkari also announced to sanction grants to projects suggested by CM.

At the event, Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjuna Kharge approached Gadkari and requested to sanction grants to his constuiency.
Being part of Gadkari’s programme makes me feel very special. Nitin Gadkari is a pro-developmental man. I am always appreciative of such men. I am also a pro-development person. So I came to this programme, he added.
