Hubballi: A technical team from France will visit the airport here to check the Indigo aircraft that suffered a tyre burst while landing on June 14.
The Directorate-General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) has begun an inquiry into the incident and the DGCA team have visited the airport and inspected the aircraft. The aircraft which was grounded soon after the incident was earlier inspected by the technical team from Bengaluru, who had visited the airport.
Airport officials have confirmed that the runaway, air traffic control and other infrastructure and assistance were found to be working fine on the day.
