Hubbali: The people of the state want re-elections for the Legislative Assembly because of the confusions in the Congress-Janata Dal (S) state coalition regarding who is most able chief minister among H D Kumaraswamy and Siddaramaiah, MLC Basavaraj Horatti said here on Saturday, May 18.
Speaking to media, he said, “The situation is such that on one hand, the BJP leaders are predicting the end of state coalition government and on the other, some Congress leaders and former chief minister Siddaramaiah’s supporters are urh.”
Meanwhile, he also clarified that he was only warning the Congress and the JDS to come to a consensus and resolve all the confusions to ensure smooth running of the coalition government. He said that it was his perspective on the matter.
Horatti opined that differences among the coalition leaders sorted in closed door meetings rather making them public.
