KALABURAGI — In a shocking incident, Muhammad Nadeem, a disgruntled customer, set fire to an Ola electric bike showroom in Kalaburagi on Tuesday morning, resulting in significant financial damage.

Nadeem, who had purchased an Ola electric bike a few days prior, had reportedly been facing issues with the vehicle. He had been bringing the bike to the showroom daily for repairs. On the day of the incident, rumors spread that a short circuit had caused the fire. However, it was later revealed that these claims were false.

The true events unfolded when Nadeem voluntarily surrendered to the police. He confessed to deliberately setting the showroom ablaze after growing frustrated with the lack of response from the showroom regarding his bike’s problems. Nadeem admitted to using petrol to ignite the fire.

The incident has caused substantial financial losses to the showroom owner and raised concerns about customer grievances and conflict resolution in service industries.
