In a heartbreaking incident on Humnabad Ring Road in Kalaburagi, a woman lost her life after being struck by a tipper truck while attempting to cross the road. The victim has been identified as Anusuya, 55, who was a resident of Ganjalkhed village in Kalaburagi taluk.
