Ballari: The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Secretary and Sandalwood actor ‘Mukhyamantri’ Chandru lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi calling him a ‘dictator’, here on Saturday, April 20.
Addressing a press meet, he said that PM Modi was following a dictatorial pattern of administration.
He said, “He is just good at giving speeches and is staking claim for all the achievements of the Congress party. He only speaks of social justice but does nothing in action.”
“In the 28 Lok Sabha seats, he has not placed even one candidate from the backward classes. This move by him, itself speaks of his idea of the so called social justice”, he added.
He accused the PM Modi government of being pro-corporate citing the non-waiver of farmers’ loans.
He asked, “If the Congress party had not safeguarded the Indian Constitution, was it possible for Narendra Modi to become PM?”
