Bidar: Animal Husbandry Minister Prabhu B. Chavan toured several villages in Aurad (B) and Kamlanagar Taluks to campaign.
He campaigned in Mutakhed, Kishannayak Thaanda, Dabaka, Ganganabeeda, Poma Nayak Thaanda, Tejanaik Thaanda, Akanapur, Ganeshpur (U), Gema Thaanda, Waganagera, Sanganala, Karkyala, Khandikeri, Bhimla Thaanda, Kevala Thaanda, Nidoda, Thanakushanur, Hippalgaon, Mahadonagaon, and M. G. Thaanda.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said, “Earlier, Aurad (B) Constituency was quite backward. People were facing a lot of problems due to lack of facilities like roads, drinking water, drainage system etc. A lot of development work has taken place after I became an MLA, he said. He requested that he should be given another chance to serve as an MLA so that the Constituency can progress further in the coming days.
“Government schemes should reach the eligible person. Facilities should also be available to the last person in the society. It is my wish that every village in the constituency should be developed. I have used the opportunity given by the blessings of the people for the welfare of the people. I have entered the electoral fray as per the wishes of the people with the intention of making Aurad (B) and Kamlanagar Taluks no. 1,” he said. He appealed to the public to contribute to the development of the constituency by making him win with a record margin of votes.
