Bidar: Suryakantha Nagamarapalli, son of former minister Gurupadappa Nagamarapalli, joined the JDS in Bangalore after being denied BJP ticket from Bidar constituency.
Former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy welcomed him to party.
MLA Bandappa Kashempura, President of JDS district unit Ramesh Patil Solapura and others were present on the occassion.
