Bidar: Accidents are common during heavy rains. A similar case happened in the district, where the mother and two children got drowned while crossing the stream.
Sunanda Sangappa Ladde (42), her son Sumit (12) and daughter Aishwarya Ladde (14) were killed. The accident took place in Hedagapur village of Aurad taluk when they were returning home after working in the field.
The Hedagapura stream here was overflowing due to untimely rains with heavy storm. However in the rush to reach home, they were about to cross this stream. Sangappa was the first to cross the stream, then his wife and two children who tried to cross the stream were washed away.
Fire brigade personnel arrived at the spot and police officials have also visited and checked. Fire brigade personnel are busy searching for the bodies.
