Bidar: Dr B R Ambedkar’s great-grandson Rajratna Ambedkar has sparked a controversy by terming the Rashtriya Swyamsevak Sangh (RSS) a ‘terror outfit’.
Rajratna, while addressing a gathering recently, had said, “BJP MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur, who has been seen sharing a seat with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on several occasions, had once said that when the Indian Army fell short of arms and ammunition, it was the RSS who supplied ammunition. My question is, from where did the RSS get it?”
“I’ve repeatedly said that the RSS is a terror outfit and I’ve said the same in my speech on a Pakistani platform as well. In my speech in Pakistan, I had said that there is a terror outfit in India, and that is the RSS. I don’t speak without any proof. If you’ll just listen to the speeches of the RSS leaders, you will come to know to which category they belong” he added.
Lambasting the RSS, Rajratna said, “The RSS is trying to change the Indian Constitution, which will not be allowed at any cost. They should be banned from the country.”
Meanwhile, he also asked the people for gathering to listen to his speech. The audience chanted their support of his statements.
