Kalaburgi: The Bharatiya Janata Party State President B S Yeddyurappa criticised the Congress party, here on Wednesday, April 3 for its manifesto which has assured of revoking all the cases filed under sedition.
He said, “The Congress party is living in fool’s paradise by bringing out a manifesto which assures of revoking all the cases slapped on the ‘anti-national’ forces.”
Expressing his confidence over BJP candidate A Manju winning the Hassan Lok Sabha, he said that Manju’s victory was 100 percent confirmed.
BSY said, “We will give a tough fight to the coalition candidate and Janata Dal (S) Supremo H D Deve Gowda. Let father and son (HDD and his son Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy) decide, how many seats JDS would win.”
He opined that BJP candidate Dr. Umesh Jadhav would definitely emerge victorious with a great margin of votes and that the party would secure 22 Lok Sabha seats out of 28.
