Koppal: BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel on Thursday November 18 said Congress is a party mired with lies and deception.
Speaking to mediapersons, Kateel said that Bitcoin scam had happened during the Congress rule, and it was also brought up in the parliament. However, now the Congress is lying that the scam has happened during BJP’s rule, he added.
Recalling that JD (S) Leader H. D. Kumaraswamy had questioned Congress during one of the legislature sessions about the Bitcoin scam, Kateel said that the then Chief Minister Siddaramaiah did not utter a word when posed with the question. Only Congress knows why they are raising the Bitcoin issue now, he wondered.
Also, Kateel added that investigation is on in the case, and that ED, CBI and Interpol are looking into it with the truth emerging soon.
