Moodigere: A tragic incident occurred in Moodigere where a loaded lorry collided with a bike, resulting in the death of a man. The accident took place in Bidarahalli town of Chikkamagaluru district.
The deceased, Manjunath (30), was riding the bike loaded with vegetables heading to Mangalore for delivery through the national highway. The collision occurred within the vicinity of Balehalli.
The impact of the collision caused the death of Manjunath on the spot. The severity of the situation prompted the father to be rushed to the hospital. The lorry, which had dragged the lifeless body for about 1 km, overturned due to the driver’s shock from the accident.
