Chikkamagaluru: A Former Minister and Senior Leader of the JD (S) BB Ningaiah left JD (S) and joined Congress party.
At the same time Geeta Shivrajkumar, the wife of well-known Film Actor Shivrajkumar, and other leaders joined the Congress party. BBbNingaiah along with his supporters joined the Congress Party in the presence of KPCC President D. K. Shivakumar. B. B. Ningaiah who has been active in the Former Janata Party and the present Janata Dal Secular for the past more than two decades, is a Senior Leader in the Janata Parivar and State President of the Yuva Janata Dal.
He served in various positions in the party.
