Despite Rohit showing a GST bill for the jewellery, the SI forcibly took the car to a secluded place and tried to manhandle him. When he said he has no money, he sent two constables to Belur Jewellery shop to collect Rs. 5 lakh.

On Saturday, Rohit filed a complaint with Chikkamagaluru SP Hakay Akshay Machindra who immediately ordered to register FIR against all four accused. All four accused absconding after the incident.
