Kadoor: Shalini, who won gold medal at the 7th Asian Yoga Championship held in Singapore was given a grand welcome here at the Railway station and felicitated on August 7.
Shalini representing India at the 7th Asian Yoga Championship held in Singapore from June 25 to 30, won gold medal in the 25-30 age category.
Shalini who is trained under Sri Raghavendra Yoga school has won several district, state and national awards.
B M Girish of Shri Raghavendra Yoga school congratulated Shalini for her achievement and making the institution proud.
