Hassan: Two cows were arrested by Hassan police for allegedly grazing in the police station compound.
As a punishment, Circle Inspector Yogish is claimed to have tied the cows up on the premises.
The cow’s owner pleaded with the officials to let them go since they are her livelihood. However, police officers didn’t listen to her requests.
According to sources, the cows were later released after a few mediapersons intervened.
The owner has been warned to avoid similar situations in the future.
