Hassan: The Karnataka State Co-operative Marketing Federation (KSSDA) has initiated the process of procurement of paddy and ragi under the Minimum Support Price (MSP) Scheme for the year 2022-23.
Registration of farmers has started from December 15 and will be procured from January 1 to January 31.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Kavitha Rajaram said that farmers in the District can register for the sale of ragi and paddy by providing identity card of the software implemented by the Agriculture Department, a copy of the Aadhaar-linked bank account.
Bank account should be transactional.
