Darshan murder case: Thirthahalli police nab Anil D’Souza in Mumbai

Thirthahalli: Accused Anil D’Souza who was absconding after killing a boy with a knife has been reportedly arrested by the Thirthahalli police in Mumbai’s Virar, here on Tuesday, November 27.

Anil D’Souza had murdered Darshan, a student who was pursuing his first year PUC.

The police had tracked down Anil’s mobile SIM and ATM cards and had conducted a search operation clandestinely, as result of which he was detained.

Anil D’Souza is now brought to Thirthahalli, said the police sources.

The police have arrested Anil’s parents and the other two accused who accompanied on his bike. The bike too has been seized.

It is said that there are chances of more arrests in the course of investigation.

The police sources have informed that more information will be known only after Anil reveals everything.
