Shivamogga: Janata Dal (S) candidate Niranjan along with his followers took out a procession and filed his nomination for the Karnataka Assembly election 2018 at the Shivamogga City Corporation office on April 24. He was accompanied by JD(S) State Secretary Sreekanth.
Addressing the media, Niranjan said that the people were fed up with the national parties and would vote for a change and good governance. He confidently claimed that people would support JD(S) government in the coming elections as the party had proven its “good governance credentials.”
Referring to the huge crowd that had gathered, he said, “We are getting more support from the people.”
