Mangaluru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) has intensified its search for Zaleel Baba, an alleged drug supplier accused of using ambulances to transport and distribute narcotic substances in Mangaluru.
According to police sources, Zaleel Baba is believed to have played a key role in supplying drugs through ambulances, allegedly using the emergency vehicles as a cover to evade suspicion and law enforcement checks.
CCB intensifies search operation
The CCB has launched a manhunt to trace the accused, who is reportedly absconding. Investigators are pursuing multiple leads and conducting searches at various locations to ascertain his whereabouts.
Officials suspect that the accused was part of a wider drug trafficking network operating in and around the coastal region.
Ambulances allegedly used to transport drugs
