
Christmas Mass Turns Sour as Thieves Strike in Puttur

Puttur: A family in Addahole, Shirady, returned from Christmas Mass on December 24 to find their home had been burglarized.
Thangachhan and his family discovered their front door broken and valuables stolen. The loot included 42 grams of gold and ₹78,000 in cash. The incident left the family shocked during what was meant to be a joyful holiday.
A formal complaint has been filed at the Uppinangady police station, and investigations are underway. Authorities urge residents to remain vigilant and take precautions to safeguard their homes during outings.
