CM Commends Seventh Grader After Autorickshaw Incident
In Mulki, a seventh-grade student named Vaibhavi showed incredible courage when she saved her mother from beneath an overturned autorickshaw. The incident, captured on video, quickly went viral. Vaibhavi’s mother was crossing the road when an autorickshaw overturned, trapping her underneath. Without panicking, Vaibhavi acted swiftly and, with remarkable strength and presence of mind, managed to lift the autorickshaw, helping to free her mother. Her quick thinking and bravery have been widely praised.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah took to Twitter to applaud Vaibhavi’s courageous act. He expressed his admiration for the young girl, highlighting how her actions stand out in today’s world where, more often than not, people prefer to record accidents rather than assist victims. Siddaramaiah called Vaibhavi’s deed a commendable act that sets an example for society.
Vaibhavi’s mother is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Suratkal. The Chief Minister’s praise has brought much-deserved attention to Vaibhavi’s heroism, inspiring many with her selfless act in a moment of crisis.
Vaibhavi’s bravery is a reminder of the importance of immediate action and compassion in emergencies. Her story encourages us to be better bystanders and active helpers, ready to step up when needed.
