Mangaluru: Milagres College, Mangaluru, in association with its Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Department of Commerce and Management, successfully hosted ‘EXCELSO-2025’, a one-day national-level inter-collegiate undergraduate competition on March 22, 2025, at the college auditorium.
Inauguration and Key Addresses
The event was inaugurated by Mr. Jeethan Castelino, Founder and Director of NLite Energy Solutions LLP, who emphasized the role of inter-collegiate competitions in enhancing students’ personality and preparing them for the competitive world.
The chief guest, Mr. Glavin D’Souza, President of JCI, encouraged students to develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
The event was presided over by Rev. Fr. Bonaventure Nazareth, Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, who highlighted the importance of co-curricular activities in shaping students’ talents, creativity, and skills.

In the college category, Yenepoya College, Kuloor was crowned the overall champion, while Sacred Heart College, Madanthyar secured the runner-up position.
