A fire incident occurred early Monday morning in a second-floor flat of an apartment near Rao and Rao Circle. The blaze reportedly broke out due to a suspected short circuit in a heater.
Firefighters from Pandeshwar fire station responded swiftly and managed to extinguish the flames. Though no injuries were reported, the fire completely destroyed furniture and electronic items, with an estimated loss of ₹75,000.
The flat was being rented by a group of students. Authorities are investigating further to confirm the cause.
