Mangalore: The Grand Finale of the 5th Edition of News Karnataka Christmas Carols Video Contest concluded on 22nd December with a spectacular celebration of talent, creativity, and the true spirit of Christmas. Hosted by the charismatic Calvin, the event brought together the top eight teams who showcased their musical brilliance to claim the coveted titles.
A Journey Through Five Years of Festive Harmony
The contest, which began in 2020 during the pandemic, has evolved into a much-anticipated event. With participants from Karnataka, Kerala, and even Abu Dhabi, the competition has grown exponentially in scale and popularity. Over the years, carols have been performed in various languages, including Arabic, Spanish, Tamil, Malayalam, Konkani, Kannada, English, and Tulu, reflecting the diversity of the participants.
Celebrating Talent and Creativity
This year’s contest achieved its mission of discovering and nurturing talent in singing, music, videography, and editing. With the unwavering support of participants and sponsors, News Karnataka has firmly established this competition as a platform for showcasing creativity and fostering a sense of community.
