Mangaluru: Kerala-based healthcare and medical aesthetics brand Dolce Estetica is set to open its first centre in Karnataka at Padavinangady, Mangaluru, marking its entry into the state as part of a wider expansion across South India.
The new centre will be inaugurated at 10.30 am on August 13 at Vishwageetha Complex, Padavinangady. The announcement was made during a press conference in Mangaluru on Monday, where the company’s leadership outlined its vision of helping people live healthier and longer lives with greater confidence.

Dolce Estetica describes itself as an aesthetics and wellness clinic that combines advanced technology with personalised care. Its official profile lists services covering skin care, hair treatments, body transformation and specialised wellness programmes.
Focus on preventive and technology-driven healthcare
Speaking at the press conference, Dr Joseph Thomas, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director of Dolce Estetica, said the company’s primary objective is to help people live healthier lives for longer while maintaining confidence and well-being.
He emphasised the importance of prevention, stating that identifying and addressing potential health concerns before they develop into serious problems can be an effective approach to long-term wellness.
The Mangaluru centre will incorporate several technology-enabled services, including artificial intelligence-based health assessment, digital health records and advanced diagnostic equipment. Genomic medical services will also be available wherever medically required, with the services being provided under the supervision of an expert medical team.
The company’s approach reflects a growing emphasis on combining healthcare, aesthetics, technology and personalised wellness rather than focusing only on treatment after a health concern has emerged.
Dolce Estetica’s official platform states that its services are built around advanced technology and personalised care, with its offerings currently spanning skin perfection, hair revival, body transformation and signature programmes.
Mangaluru to serve as South India expansion point
George Mathew, Chief Operating Officer of Dolce Estetica, said the organisation originated in Kerala and is registered in the United Kingdom. The company is now focusing on expanding its presence across South India, with Mangaluru chosen as the location for its first centre in the region’s wider expansion plan.
The company has outlined plans to establish additional centres in cities including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Coimbatore, Chennai, Tiruppur, Puducherry, Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Pala, Cherthala and Perinthalmanna.
The expansion is expected to make the company’s healthcare and aesthetics services accessible to a wider section of people across South India.
Dolce Estetica’s official website currently lists its flagship outlet in Thiruvananthapuram and describes the organisation as a premium aesthetics and wellness clinic.
Company plans multiple centres through expansion models
According to George Mathew, Dolce Estetica plans to follow both Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) and Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) models as it expands.
The company believes that using these models will help maintain consistency in medical quality and operational standards across its centres.
Maintaining uniform standards will be particularly important as the organisation expands into multiple cities and serves people with different healthcare and wellness requirements.
The company currently identifies itself as operating in the healthcare sector, with its stated philosophy centred on combining empathy, science and innovation. Its leadership team includes professionals overseeing clinical operations, business development, projects, finance and people and operations.
Special offers planned for Mangaluru launch
Dr Akshat Acharya, Chief Doctor at the Mangaluru clinic, said special inauguration offers would be available on selected treatments for people visiting the centre on August 13.
As part of the launch, the first 100 visitors will also be offered a free AI Face Analyser assessment before the inauguration programme, according to the organisers.
The initiative is intended to introduce visitors to the technology-driven assessment approach adopted by the organisation while creating awareness about personalised aesthetic and wellness services.
Jijo Mathew, Head of Business Development, and Bharat, Clinic Head, were also present during the press conference.
Mangaluru’s growing healthcare and wellness landscape
The launch of Dolce Estetica’s first Karnataka centre adds another dimension to Mangaluru’s expanding healthcare and wellness ecosystem. The city has increasingly emerged as an important healthcare destination in coastal Karnataka, with hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic centres and specialised healthcare providers serving patients from across the region.
For Dolce Estetica, establishing a centre in Mangaluru provides an opportunity to connect with customers in coastal Karnataka while also serving as an important step in its planned South Indian expansion.
The organisation’s stated focus on preventive health assessment, technology-enabled services and personalised aesthetics reflects the changing expectations of consumers who are increasingly seeking integrated approaches to health, appearance and well-being.
With its Mangaluru centre scheduled to open on August 13, Dolce Estetica is looking to establish its presence in Karnataka and build a wider network of centres across South India in the coming years.
