Kudremukh Opens Itself to Public for Trekking

The Kudremukh National Park now permits trekking, according to the forest authority. The Kudremukh National Park website is where registrations are accepted.

DCF Sivaram Babu of the Kudremukh Wildlife Division stated, “The trekking route has opened as of May 8.”

Although the route was discontinued earlier this year, reservations can currently be made online. At the moment, just 300 hikers are permitted each day.

Trekking has opened on the route in accordance with the directives from head office,” he stated. In response, he stated that people have only recently become aware of it and that further demand is anticipated.
