Mangaluru: A serious accident between a bike and a car in Kambalabettu, Puttur taluk, was caught on CCTV, revealing the intensity of the collision. The incident occurred when a bike rider, identified as Yathish, entered the main road from an inner lane, just as a car approached. Despite the car driver, Sanan, attempting to steer clear, he lost control, leading to a series of impacts.
The car first collided with Yathish’s bike, then struck another parked bike before flipping over onto a mound of mud. Fortunately, Sanan escaped unhurt, though Yathish was injured and is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Puttur. The incident underscores the need for caution at road junctions and the importance of safe driving practices.
