Steps should be taken to check vehicle density during class hours, and schools must arrange parking spaces for school vehicles to facilitate student drop-off and pick-up. If parking space is unavailable, schools are to make immediate arrangements for on-campus parking. The commissioner also suggested adjusting school and college timings to improve traffic flow in the city.

Agrawal stressed the importance of adherence to traffic rules by students and parents and called for increased awareness about safety in school vehicles. He directed drivers to avoid overloading vehicles and refrain from using shrill horns, warning that action will be taken against violators.
