Mangaluru: In a significant step towards bolstering India’s energy security, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has entered a strategic partnership with Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited (ISPRL). This collaboration allows MRPL to leverage ISPRL’s cavern storage facilities, marking a pivotal development for the energy sector.

The formal agreement was signed at the MRPL office in Mangaluru by Shri B. Sudharshan, Executive Director (Refinery, MRPL), and Shri Atul Gupta, Deputy CEO (ISPRL). The event was graced by Shri Mundkur Shyamprasad Kamath, Managing Director (MRPL), and Shri L. R. Jain, CEO & MD (ISPRL), symbolising the shared vision of both organisations to drive mutual growth and contribute to the nation’s energy security.
