Naturals Ice Cream has launched its largest store in India—in Mangaluru, the hometown of its founder Raghunandan Srinivas Kamath. This milestone marks an emotional homecoming for the Rs 300-crore brand that began four decades ago with one dream and a scoop of mango ice cream.
The new Kadri Road outlet is not just the biggest in scale but also the most symbolic. Shaped like an ice cream tub, the store’s playful yet thoughtful design celebrates Naturals’ legacy and the journey from a humble idea to a household name. In a proud nod to local culture, the store features signage in Tulu—possibly a first for Mangaluru retail.
“This is more than a new store; it’s a tribute,” said Siddhant Kamath, director at Naturals Ice Cream. “Opening our largest outlet in my father’s hometown brings our story full circle. It’s sweet in every sense.”
The outlet offers iconic Naturals flavours such as mango (their first and most loved), tender coconut, roasted almond, and lychee, inviting customers to enjoy them at the very place where the journey began.
Since its June 11 launch, the response from Mangaluru has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the enduring affection and loyalty Naturals enjoys across generations and geographies.
This new store stands as a celebration of roots, flavour, and legacy—bringing the brand home in every scoop.
